If you’ve forgotten your password or can’t sign in, you can reset it in a few simple steps.
Go to the login page
Go to www.mechanicdesk.com.au/mdweb/workshops/login.
Below the Log in button, select Trouble logging in?
Enter your details
On the Forgot Password page, enter your Workshop ID, then your Username or Email.
Click Send me my password.
Check your email
If your account has an email address linked, you’ll receive an email with a password reset link.
Follow the link to create a new password and sign back in.
If you don’t get the email
Check your junk or spam folder.
If you still don’t see it, your account might not have an email linked.
