1. Open Integrations in MechanicDesk
Go to Settings > Integrations > Marketing/CRM.

Select Mailchimp from the list of available integrations.
2. Generate Your Mailchimp API Key
To connect Mailchimp to MechanicDesk, you’ll need an API key:
Log in to your Mailchimp account.
Click your Profile icon in the top-right corner and select Profile.
Navigate to Extras > API Keys.
Click Create Key. In the Key Name field, enter a descriptive name, such as
MechanicDesk.Click Generate Key.
Copy the generated API key.
3. Connect Mailchimp to MechanicDesk
Return to MechanicDesk and paste your API key into the API Key field under the Mailchimp integration.
Click Save to confirm the connection. (Make sure enabled is ticked too)
4. Sync Your Contacts
Once connected, your contacts will start syncing automatically. Depending on the size of your list, this may take a few minutes.
