MechanicDesk is configured to allow only one active session per user account at any given time. If you log in from a new browser, tab, or device, your existing session is immediately terminated.
Solution: How to Maintain Multiple Active Sessions
To ensure you can work in multiple locations without interruption, we recommend the following steps:
Create a Secondary User Account: This is the primary solution for simultaneous access. For example, you can have one user account logged in on a workshop computer while a another account is logged in on an office computer.
Ensure Browser Separation: If you need to use both accounts on the same computer, log into each account using a distinct Google Chrome Profile or a completely separate web browser (e.g., use one account in Chrome and the second account in Firefox).
