If you want to stop customers from making booking requests on Saturdays and Sundays, you can do this using the Online Booking settings and your Diary availability.
1. Update Online Booking Settings
Go to:
Settings → Workshop Details → Online Booking → Booking Form Options > and enable Disable unavailable dates
This will prevent customers from selecting dates when your workshop is marked as unavailable.
2. Update Your Diary Availability
In the Diary, either:
Mark Saturdays and Sundays as Fully Booked, or
Set your workshop capacity to 0 for those days.
This ensures the system recognises weekends as unavailable, so they won’t appear as bookable online.
Note
You’ll see a “Not Recommended” label next to Disable unavailable dates. This is because the online form is designed to collect booking requests, even outside your normal operating hours. MechanicDesk encourages still allowing requests so you can follow up with customers.
