1. Locating Your MechanicDesk Subscription
Log into your MechanicDesk account.
Click on Settings.
Click on Workshop Details.
Scroll down to Current Pricing Plan.
2. Managing Your Subscription
To Change Your Plan: Click the Change Plan button to view and select different subscription tiers, allowing you to upgrade, downgrade, or change user numbers.
To View & Pay Invoices : All historical subscription invoices are displayed.
You can view invoices directly and pay any outstanding balances. Each unpaid invoice includes a Pay link for instant settlement.To Update Card Details: Click on the Card button to securely update your credit or debit card information. All payments are processed through our secure provider, Stripe.
To Cancel Your Subscription: Click the Cancel Subscription button. We receive an immediate notification and will typically process the cancellation within the same business day. Our team may call you to verify the request.
Important Note: MechanicDesk subscriptions are invoiced on a monthly basis.
