Your MechanicDesk account is locked when your subscription payment is more than 30 days overdue.
When this happens, access to the system is restricted until all outstanding subscription invoices are paid.
What you will see when your account is locked
On the login screen, you will see a message stating that your workshop has been locked due to an overdue subscription.
How to unlock your account
On the login screen, click:
“Make payments to the outstanding subscription invoices to unlock the account.”-
You will be shown a list of all outstanding subscription invoices, including:
Issue date
Description
Amount
Due date
Click Pay next to each invoice and complete payment for all outstanding invoices.
Once all overdue invoices are paid, your account will automatically be unlocked and you will be able to log in normally.
