Overview
Switch allows users to access multiple workshop accounts with a single login. This is designed for businesses operating across multiple locations.
Requirements
Workshops must be linked before hand
Users must already have an account with the same username in each workshop
The username must be exactly the same across all workshops
How to Enable Switch
Switch must be requested by the Mechanicdesk account owner.
Email our support team
Include:
The workshops to link
Confirmation that usernames match exactly
We will enable Switch in the backend
How It Works
Once Switch has been enabled:
In the top left corner, click the current workshop name
All linked workshops will be listed
Select the workshop you want to access
You will be switched instantly, with no need to sign out and sign back in each time.
