MechanicDesk automatically locks accounts after 30 days of any outstanding invoice
This is a standard process to manage subscriptions and ensure billing is up to date. Locking the account is not a deletion or security issue. it simply restricts access until any outstanding payment is resolved.
How to regain access
Account unlocking requires manual intervention by our support team:
Submit a support request via email, phone, live chat, or the support portal.
Our team will review & unlock your account.
Once unlocked, you can pay any outstanding invoices
Paying your MechanicDesk subscription invoices
To view and pay your MechanicDesk Subscription invoices:
Settings → Workshop Details → Current Pricing Plan
Unpaid invoices will show a Pay button. Click it to complete your payment.
Note: Payments are processed through our provider (Stripe/Link). MechanicDesk does not handle payments directly.To update payment details, click Card → Update Card.
Important: If invoices remain unpaid, the system will automatically lock the account again.
