Online booking is managed in MechanicDesk under:
Settings > Workshop Details > Online Booking

This gives you your workshop’s unique online booking link. Customers can use that link directly, or you can place it on your website. You can also embed the booking form on your site using the iframe code provided in the same section.
What customers see when they use the unique online booking link:
If you need more advanced control, an online booking API is available in the Online Booking settings. This allows you to build your own custom booking form and send bookings into MechanicDesk.
All incoming booking requests are managed through:
Diary > Online Booking Requests
That is where you review, accept, or decline customer submissions.
