All Bookings
Overview
The All Bookings tab (under Diary → All Bookings) displays every booking in your MechanicDesk account.
This page allows you to view, search, filter, and export all workshop bookings from a single screen.
Navigation
From the top menu, go to:
Diary → All Bookings
This opens the bookings list view with search and filtering options at the top.
Filters and Search
At the top of the page, you can refine your booking list using the available controls:
Date Range
Select a “From” and “To” date to narrow bookings within a specific timeframe.
Status
Toggle between:
Active – bookings that have not yet been converted into jobs.
Deleted – bookings that have been removed from the active list.
Tags
Filter by tags assigned to bookings.

Search
Use the search bar on the right to find bookings by:
Customer name
Description
Vehicle registration
Booking number
Sort By
Click + Sort By or the orange arrow next to any column header (for example, Date) to change the sort order.
Download (Excel)
Click Download (Excel) to export your filtered bookings list.
Bookings Table
Below the filters, the table lists your bookings with the following columns:

| Booking # | Unique ID automatically assigned to each booking. |
| Date | The scheduled date and time of the booking. |
| Description | Notes or job details entered during booking creation. |
| Created By | The user who created the booking. |
| Created At | The timestamp when the booking was created. |
| Vehicle | The customer’s vehicle make, model, and variant. |
| Customer | The associated customer’s name and contact details. |
Each booking can be clicked to open its detailed view window, showing customer, vehicle, and job information.
Tips
Active vs Deleted: Use the Status toggle to quickly switch between active and deleted bookings.
Tags: Combine tag filters with the status filter for precise search results (for example, Active + Courtesy Vehicle).
Export: Use the Download (Excel) button for reporting or offline tracking.
Sorting: Click column headers to reorder your results.
