The first step when troubleshooting sync issues is to check the Sync Log and look for any errors.
This log can be found under Last Sync Requests on the right-hand side of the page, and it will usually explain why something has not synced with your accounting integration.
To view the sync Log:
- Go to Settings
- Click Integrations
- On the right-hand side, locate Last Sync Requests
In this section, you will see the sync attempts made by MechanicDesk, along with any error messages returned by the accounting system.
In most cases, the message shown in the log will clearly indicate what the problem is and what needs to be corrected before the sync can succeed.
