You can add a direct link to your Google review page in the Job Done Email or Job Done SMS template. This makes it easy for customers to leave feedback once their service has been completed.
Job Done Email Template
Go to Settings → Workshop Details → Communication Templates.
Select Job Done Email.
Add your Google review link at the bottom of the message.
[[ link | Review Us on Google | https://your-review-link-here ]]
Note: Replace https://your-review-link-here with your actual Google review link.
You can also change the display text, for example Review Us on Google or Leave a Review.
Click Save.
When you complete a job and send the email, customers will see a clickable link to leave you a Google review.
Job Done SMS Template
From Settings → Workshop Details → Communication Templates, select Job Done SMS.
Add your message and Google review link.
Example SMS:
Thank you for trusting us with your vehicle. If you were happy with the service, we’d really appreciate a Google review: https://your-review-link-here
Note: SMS messages display the full URL instead of a formatted hyperlink. Google Business review links are already shortened by Google.
Click Save.
Set Up an Automated SMS Follow-Up
You can also send an automated SMS follow-up with the review link.
Go to Job Center → Automations → New Automation.
Select Automation Type: Finished Job Follow Up.
Set Send After to the number of days you would like to wait before sending the message
Choose Delivery Method: SMS.
Add your message and Google review link in the Content field.
Tick Active.
Click Save.
From now on, the system will automatically send an SMS reminder after the job has been completed.
